Pono Workshop Themes

1. Introduction to energy flow, energy fields and the mind/body connection

Introduces the concept of paying attention to your energy flow as a means to manage your thoughts, improve your health and have deliberate success in all that you do.

Reviews the mind/body connection, the importance of self-care and how to manage stress.

4. Personality Color – group dynamics

Introduces the Personality Color Indicator developed by Dr. Carol Ritberger  illustrating how the brain is hardwired to think in four primary ways and each way of thinking is given a specific color to easily remember the corresponding personality traits.  This information is simple to teach and helps people understand the dynamics of their relationships.

5. Visualization to create goals faster

Reviews the mechanics of visualization including vision boards and guided meditations and introduces the work of Mike Dooley.

6. Power of group intention

Teaches the power of gratitude and intention. Introduces the value of intention circles as a practice for helping the group to focus to achieve shared goals.
