Corporate Group Coaching

PONO coaching is excellent for staff retreats and on-going workshops to create a work culture that is positive, connected, productive and fun. There are 6, 12 and 18 week programs available that teach the fundamentals of how the mind and body are connected and how to keep your energy flowing to achieve your goals.  

Presentations are 1.5 to 2 hours, Retreats can customized to be 4 to 6 hours.

Executive Leadership Coaching

PONO Coaching takes visionary leaders to the next level of their professional and personal growth. These sessions uproot any limiting beliefs and increase your energy, creativity and focus. You will enhance your productivity, leadership, trust and confidence.   This coaching will help you raise the bar and bring yourself and your company up to the next level of success.

Sessions: in person usually last 1.5 hours ;  by phone 45 minutes to 1 hour

PONO coaching is for everyone who wants to feel more energy and joy.  Whether or not you have one session or several, you will learn something of value about yourself that can help you determine your next step on your path. This coaching is fun and it will be customized to meet your needs.  Sessions can be made in person in the Bay Area and over the phone.
