Bio for Tracey Chew

Tracey Chew is a Transformational Executive Coach and Team-Building Trainer based out of San Jose, California. Her expertise is teaching abstract metaphysical concepts for practical application in the workplace. Tracey teaches companies how to use the power of intention, passion, desire and belief to transform their work culture to be more positive and productive; accelerating achievement of goals both for the individual and for the organization as a whole.

Tracey’s ideal client is a visionary leader who wants to go to a higher level of personal and professional growth. Her creative approach to coaching incorporates a variety of techniques that effectively show individuals what is programmed in their subconscious mind including all of its limiting beliefs, strong desires, core values and life purpose information.  Tracey understands that knowledge is power and individuals who know themselves on both the conscious and subconscious levels have more choices and more control over long-term life results.

Tracey works effectively with teams using Dr. Carol Ritberger’s Personality Color Indicator as an assessment tool to increase self-awareness; enhance communication and trust among team members; foster leadership and capitalize on the strengths of each team member.

Tracey has provided on-going training and coaching services to companies including Americap Development Partners and California Community Opportunities.  In the fall of 2010, Tracey will be expanding her coaching practice in order to serve more clients in the Bay Area and beyond.

Tracey holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a BA. In Sociology from UCLA. She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner; and is certified in Reiki Level 2; Matrix Energetics Level 2 and The Reconnection Level 2. Tracey is also a certified Trainer to teach the Ritberger Personality Method in the workplace.

Hello! I have been reading some of your posts and am happy to see that your articles are actually informtive. I myself am a blog owner and have visited many blogs lately in order to meet some site owners who are interested in running blogs with high quality articles. The problem is that most blog owners these days steal their articles from other sites or other blogs. Many blogs I visit generally contain the same info. I see that your articles are original and you put a lot of work into your site. I mostly own blogs about pets. To be more specific, my blogs generally deal with dog health issues. I do run a huge vbulletin forum with hundreds of members. It is a community site ith a blog and many other functions. I do not want you to think that this message is spam because I would never do that to anyone. I myself know how annoying it is to have to filter my blogs for spam. With all that said, I will not bombard your website with all my links, but I would like to howeer post a link to the site that I just mentioned to you. I would really like it if you could visit my site and give me some feedback. Thank you for your time ad I will post mylink below. http://www.PetPedigreeDatabase.com/

I just discovered your website on yahoo and see that you’ve obtained some wonderful thoughts in this post. I particularly appreciate the way you’ve been able to stick so very much believed into a fairly short submit (comparitively) which creates it an thoughtful post on your topic. IMHO you set a lot of great information in this submit not having all of the filler that most bloggers use just to make their posts appear longer, that is perfect for a gal like me who doesn’t have a great deal time cause I am usually within the go. I often get so frustrated with so many with the final results in the major SE’s due to the truth they frequently seem to mostly be filled with filler content that often isn’t quite sensible. If you don’t mind I am going to include this post and your weblog to my delicious favorites so I can write about it with my loved ones. I look forward to coming back to study your future posts too.

What would be your top three tips for anyone new to this topic?

  7. tchew  •  Sep 4, 2010 @10:35 pm

Your question is very broad but my gut response for anyone open to exploring being “pono” and being authentic and true to your own heart and soul is to spend time looking at your own ability to love yourself unconditionally, forgive yourself and others, and experience real gratitude everyday for what you have right now. Love, Forgiveness and Gratitude are the 3 big healers and they shift energy and transform lives faster than anything else. Many blessings to you on your journey.

Hey, nice blog with good info. I really like coming back here often. There?s only one thing that annoys me and that is the misfunctioning of comment posting. I usually get to 500 error page, and have to do the post twice. – Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. – Abraham Lincoln 1809 – 1865
